Thank you for your purchase at Casa di Lusso.
We hope you're happy with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be completed quickly and easily through our simple return process.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
30-Day Return Policy
Our goal is simple: we want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience at Casa di Lusso. If for any reason you're not happy with your first purchase, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Not satisfied with your purchase?
If you receive your items and they don’t fully meet your expectations, we always accept returns for a full refund — no questions asked. In some cases, we may offer alternative solutions if that’s preferable, as returns can sometimes be inconvenient.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and letting you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it — no explanation needed. Please contact us at support@casa-di-lusso.com, and we will process your cancellation immediately.
If the order has already been processed after that hour, the cancellation policy no longer applies. In that case, please refer to the return options above.
Refunds
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. After the refund is issued, you will receive a notification email. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Important note regarding returns and ecological impact
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we ask that you carefully consider before initiating a return. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend returning your package with tracking (Track & Trace) to ensure it can be followed and to minimize the risk of loss.
